Healthcare systems are under growing strain from limited resources and rising patient demand, especially in post-acute and chronic care settings. While remote patient monitoring has the potential to ease these pressures, current solutions often lack scalability, seamless integration of wearable device data, and user-friendly designs. This limits their adoption and effectiveness in real-time health monitoring.
